yes, i am miserably sick, i might die :( i didn't even go to LAX :( i am verry irritated!! well, and the fact that we are getting huge assignments in english and phycology that are putting me way out of my comfort zone. . . pluse i have practice interviews 3 of them, with strangers about my vet tech sterling schollar!! not to mention the real thing is next wednesday!! and they said i need to dress up like i just walked out of a board meeting! ya. . . .you know me, skirt and as close to a tee shirt as possible is dressing up :( and no dress pants :( and tights :( and the shirt i was thinking about wearing was personally turned down by mrs, carlton befor i even asked her :( and i have to paint verry verry fast for AP! and i'm sick . . . did i mention that?! i've already had my turn to be sick :( . . . . anyway, Ill start with saturday. . . well i decided to go to sweethearts because i just didn,t want to regret not going later( jess if you really want to, you can skipp to sunday, or you can just deal with it :) HEE HEE ) . well we kidnapped them at 7 for breakfast at village inn. i dont think any of out dates were morning people except john, but they seemed to wake up after the food came :) it was pretty fun :) at breakfast there was julia( don't know her last name) and john(paulsen), me and andrew( eaton), and cristina ( holt) and William (corry / andrews friend cause cristina's date had already been asked) . . . we talked alot, then brought them home. . . then i slept some more :) and talked to Jess! and found out that we made the appartment applications!!! YAY!!! . . .then i fixed my dress, and did my hair. . . :( never using hair spray again. . .it is of the devil. then picked them up for dinner ( that i made ! :) with a little help from mom ;) ) but we were early so we played an hour long game of BS with 4 decks of cards:) so fun! then we ate, talked some more ( just a note to self, look up an austrailian guy, neg, and his wierd urban games/ jess we need to do some of these!!) while we were eating (there was 5 couples at dinner) including savannah!! and her date who i dont remmemmber. it was really nice cause it wasn't ackward at all! i like going on dates with just friends cause there is no pressure. . . i joked around and was kinda the life of the party :) ( on the girls side at least) then we went to the dance, it was alot of fun! but i was supprised at the people wearing skimpy dresses :( well i guess it is alta, but still. specific people who i thought would have better standards :( . . . we did both pictures funny ( group and individuals) cause seriouse ones are lame anyway. we finnished dancing then went to julias house to make cookies :0 we made cookies then played curses which was SO SO FUN!! great game. where i joked about killing a jordan lacrosse player by decappitation, threw her in my trunk, got pulled over for speeding, caught and am now spending 60 years in jail. but i cot community service from santa clause so i might get out early :) then we ate cookies . . . then bettilee and robyn showed up with their dates tom and trevor. . . it got kinda ackward then cause betty use to be in our group, but then splitt off to be with robyn, who was on a date with trevor, who betty likes, but trevor kinda likes me/ started flirting with me :( plus robyn is a bratt. . . . so amazingly/majically my car ( me, andrew, cristina, and william) had to leave to be home by our curfews :):):) sometimes i love curfews :) so we left and i had a great time.
...sunday came, everyone wore their dresses but me :) :) ( and i took my hair out asap the night before and took a shower to get the nasty hairspray out) when people asked my why i didn't wear my dress i just said " i can only handle cute for so long, 2 days is pussing it) . . . i just really didn't want to. then bro sorenson talked to my mom after sacrement and i think he stol the feelings right out of my mouth he said " i am so proud of jordann for not wearing her dress, church isn't a fassion show " . . .then we had a great lesson from Mama Brown :) no matter what she says about it, i thought it was the most spiritual sesson i can rememmber. . . . after church there was a fire side and being part of the youth council it was my turn to conduct, however i was also asked to sing as part of a quartet in the music number ( with cina)! . . . stressfull! and they both had meetings right before the fireside at the same time!! :( . . so i went to singing practice with only half of my conducting layed out so we entered the fireside at 5 after 7 . . . everyone was there and everyone who was suppose to sit at the stand ( excluding me) was there . . . so i get up their to find that the stuff i had layed out had been changed and they didn't even have the name of the person who was saying the opening prayer ! so right then the music stopped and everyone went silent . . . then pres back chearfully said " your up :) " ahh!!!! i dont know how to conduct!! i havent been doing it for years like he has! it was my first time! . . . so i pretty much looked like a fool :( i totally forgot to even recognize the presiding president pew on the stand! GRR!! have i told you guy's that i need to have a plan befor i do anything! and not knowing where i'm going drives me insane!! . . .well i got better and lucky for me no one remembers the conducting a few days afterwards . . . so basically i was a one man show. . . . . then yesterday lax was fun, but i think the weather made my cold worse. . . . wow i think that i'm rivelring jesses long blogs today :) . . . oh by the way, this is The Rock being loaded into "The Rock" ( my amazing red truck) . . . great times! :) to bad you cant see the whole hill we had to push it up, it really doesn't give it justice. . .. i am happy to say that the rock ( the real one) is now safely planted in out yard, never to move again :) oh ya!! and my mom went to callifornia last week and brought back baby trees and baby ferns!!!!!!! I love you mom!!!!!!

Jordann! You are so funny. I laughed the whole time I was reading this very long post. It certainly does look like my typical posts...I totally forgot that you were going to the dance and I can't believe you didn't tell me that's what you were up to when I called you Sat. I liked your description (no, I didn't just skip to Sunday) and I'm glad to hear that you were the life of the par-tay, nothing surprising there. I also couldn't agree with you more about the dresses at church thing, I always felt it was strange and never could put it to words, but Bro. Sorenson laid it out just right. Now, you need to know this: you'll do AWESOME at your interviews, I'm serious, all you have to do is remember eye-contact and showing off is a good thing. Talk about yourself like never before! This is one of the only times you can do it without being arrogant! Yay! You'll do great, can't wait to call you Miss State Sterling Scholar!!! (Oh, and get better, soon, sorry to hear that you're sick)
Hey Jordann...Wow-I love reading your blogs and remembering what it was like ot be in high school. Oh...those years gone by :)
I'm glad you seem to be enjoying them, atleast most of the time, right? Have fun while it lasts. You only have a few months left!
